TutorialHow do I connect or disconnect my Facebook Account and Pages to my Solomoto Account?

You will be automatically asked to connect your Facebook account to your Solomoto account when you try to use any widgets that require access to your Facebook such as managing posts, statistics, or connecting a Facebook page.

To disconnect your Facebook account from Solomoto, go to your personal profile, click edit profile, scroll down to “Accounts in Social Networks” and click the dark blue Facebook button that says “Unassign Facebook.”

To disconnect a Facebook page from Solomoto, click on the “Online Presence” widget, and scroll to the Facebook page that you wish to disconnect from Solomoto. Then click the underlined “Disconnect” button to disconnect that page.

Note if you disconnect your entire Facebook account, all Facebook pages associated with that account will be automatically disconnected.

 

How can I attach a page to my Solomoto Business?

In the “Online Presence” widget, click the green “Connect” button that is across from the Facebook icon. A drop down menu with a list of groups and pages that you are a part of and have control over will appear. Choose the page that best represents your business from the dropdown field, and then click the green “Attach” button.

Remember, connecting an account is not sufficient for Solomoto to post for you. In order to know which of the pages you manage you intend to connect to the Solomoto platform, it is important that you attach the page to the account and then perform other actions such as scheduling posts in a separate widget.

How can I disconnect my social account from Solomoto?
