Terms of special offer «Bring a friend»
For users of Solomoto platform (Terms)
1. Main terms:
Offer «Bring a friend» is a special offer valid for all registered users of Solomoto platform.
According to the Terms of the Offer, the User who brings a friend who hasn't paid Solomoto before to use the platform, will get a Bonus of $50. A Friend who has activated the Bonus and the made the first deposit of funds to the Solomoto platform, will also get a Bonus of $50.
2. How Offer works:
2.1. User visits his Solomoto account, widget “Balance”.
2.2. User visits “Bonuses” tab in widget “Balance”.
2.3. User copies the promo code mentioned into the line “Your personal Solomoto discount code” and sends it to his Friend.
2.4. Friend,
2.4.1. Considering that he is already registered in Solomoto, he visits his Solomoto account, widget “Balance” and inserts promo code into promo code activation field and clicks “Activate”.
2.4.2. Considering he’s not registered in Solomoto, registers in the platform and performs step 2.4.1.
2.5. Provided the previous steps are undertaken correctly, the Friend sees a message that his promo code was activated successfully and Bonus will appear as active in tab “Bonuses”, section “Available bonuses”.
2.6. Once the Friend activates a promo code and makes his first deposit to Solomoto both the Friend and the User receive a Bonus of $50 to their balances in Solomoto.
2.7. The Friend can also benefit from the Offer by becoming a User and sending his unique promo code to his friends.
3. Terms of Bonus activation:
3.1. The Friend should be a user who has never made deposits to Solomoto or made his first deposit not earlier than 24 hours before activating promo code.
3.2. In case the promo code is activated by his Friend before his first deposit to Solomoto, the Bonus for the Friend and the User will be activated after his first deposit to Solomoto is made by Friend.
3.3. In case the promo code is activated by the Friend in the 24 hours after his first deposit to Solomoto, the Bonus for the Friend and the User will be activated after the promo code is accepted by the platform.
3.4. The User can share his promo code with unlimited amount of friends.
3.5. The Friend can activate promo code received from other users only once.
3.6. The Bonus cannot be received by the User if he acts as the User and the Friend within the same business account.
3.7. Bonus cannot be received by the User if he acts as the User in one business and the Friend in another business within the same user account.
4. Terms of Bonus decline:
4.1. Promo code has been activated by the Friend but deposit was not processed.
4.2. Promo code was activated after 24 hours passed since the Friends first deposit to Solomoto.
4.3. The Friend has already activated another bonus received from some User in past.
4.4. In case you believe none of these apply to you but the Bonus was still declined – contact us at support@solomoto.com
Solomoto is legible to cancel the Bonus in case any of the Terms lines were violated or in case any fraudulent actions were noticed in connection with code activation.
5. Other terms:
5.1. By sending a code to the User, and in his turn by activating the code from the Friend, both comply with the Terms.
5.2. Solomoto is not responsible for the inconvenience or defects that could happen while performing the Offers steps caused by 3rd parties like Internet providers or other companies as well as for any other losses brought by performing the Offers steps which are in no way connected to Solomoto platform or Solomoto office of operation.
5.3. Solomoto is not responsible for any actions performed by the User or the Friend which lead to the Offers invalidness.
5.4. Solomoto is free to make changes to the Terms provided new Terms are published on the Solomoto website not later than 3 work days before changes are going live.
5.5. Solomoto is free to cancel the Offer for any specific User or from a Friend in case any actions violating these Terms are detected from both sides.
5.6. In case for any reason the Offer cannot be performed in the way stated in these Terms (including cases caused by malware programs, internet connection loss, defects or actions brought without Solomoto involvement, Solomoto is the one to decide if the Bonus may be activated or should be aborted.
5.7. All issues connected to the Offer should be regulated according to the legislature of the country which Terms of Use were accepted by the Friend when performing his deposit to Solomoto.
